Asset Management
Asset Manager
Richie Barnes oversees the All Things Childcare portfolio as our Asset Manager, handling day-to-day operations, performance, and growth across our schools.
A graduate of Samford University, Richie has managed multiple businesses across Alabama and is passionate about building organizations that serve families and communities well. He brings that same heart for people and operational excellence to every school in our group.
Where We're Headed
We partner with well-located daycares that share our commitment to caring, Christ-centered early childhood education.
With one management team behind every school, directors and staff have shared resources, training, and operational backing.
Shared standards, curriculum support, and operational best practices help every location serve families better.
